Highland Luxury Cottages offers you a unique experience of the Scottish Highlands.  Our Scottish luxury cottages with hot tubs will ensure you can relax, unwind and enjoy everything the Scottish Highlands has to offer.  

The cottage and lodges embrace their surroundings, in fact, the Capercaillie cottage, for example, is over 200 years old and retains much of its original charm.  The Red Kite and Osprey lodges both offer stunning views over the working croft with its cattle and sheep.  

Highland Luxury Cottages provides the ultimate get away from it all, holiday!  Each lodge and cottage has a hot tub where you can relax and take in the views of the countryside.  Alternatively, you can relax, with a drink of your choice, on the decking after a day of sightseeing or walking.  

The lodges and cottage sit on hundreds of acres of crofting land where the owner’s sheep and cattle roam freely.  Some of the wildlife you may encounter include osprey, deer, pine martens, red kites, golden eagles and curlews. 

Although Highland Luxury Cottages is in a rural location the pretty village of Rogart is only over 1 mile away.  The village boasts a shop, post office and railway station. It is also ideally located for exploring the whole of the Highlands, as many of the attractions are only a short drive away. More details can be found on our local activities page.

If you are looking to get away from it all and have a relaxing break in comfortable, well equipped self catering accommodation then this is for you! The owners could not have been more helpful. Great communication. The welcome pack, fresh flowers and even the refilled bird feeders right beside the cottage pond adds to the fab experience. Log burning stove gave a lovely warm environment in the main house and the hot tub was just a fab indulgence despite it being October! Meals out are not really the order of the day due to both the corona virus restrictions and the remote setting. However, if you are willing to travel for twenty minutes there are a range of eateries in Golspie, Brora and Dornoch - where I may add are great beaches!

What a wonderful place. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we enjoyed everything about this lovely Cabin. Everything was cleaned immaculately. I always go equipped with dettol wipes and cleaning products, but on this occasion I didn’t need them at all. Even the outside is as lovely. The view is magnificent, especially when sat in the hot tub! The attention to detail was second to none, with everything you could need, even dog bowls and Pooh bags! Quiet and tranquil too. No neighbours, no noise, just how we like it. We most definitely will be returning here and highly recommend this place. Thank you for a lovely holiday

Exceptional! The aspect of the lodge and the views of the surrounding area are simply stunning. The tranquillity of the location and sense of peace it brings are second to none. Likewise, inside, the standard and range of equipment available is outstanding. Eimear and Mackie really have put an extensive, and in our opinion an equally impressive, amount of thought and care into your stay. They had every element of detail required for kitchen needs, comfort and entertainment covered during our stay. The outside decking is very spacious and useful to get out and see some local wildlife. We had visits from the farm cattle up to the deck and were lucky to catch a fleeting visit from a herd of wild deer stop to graze not too far from the decking. Both Eimear and Mackie are very helpful and knowledgeable about trips and facilities, both locally and further afield, if you are doing some sightseeing. The hot tub is simply the icing on the cake for this fabulous accommodation. Overall, we enjoyed a breath taking breakaway and have booked again for next year.
